Karen is the co-founder and Director of Simply For Success Pty Ltd. and author of From Bullied to Brilliant which addresses how to overcome bullying and intimidation. Karen has developed a groundbreaking system for overcoming bullying and abusive relationships. ‘From Bullied to Brilliant’ provides a radical new way to rapidly end the bullying cycle, rediscover strength and find hope and self-acceptance.
The book is based in part on the principles of Mahatma Gandhi’s non-violent resistance and includes a foreword by his grandson, Dr. Arun Gandhi. In it Karen shares real examples of bullying and intimidation, shedding light on how to understand the causes of bullying and how to overcome it. Listen to Karen’s interviews here: http://
Karen’s workshop is based on her in-depth investigation into the bully-victim dynamic and the conclusions she has drawn as a result. This presentation embodies the principles of peace as espoused by Mahatma Gandhi. Karen studied the patterns that emerge when dominance based relationships are at play and is able to clearly demonstrate what occurs within the bully-victim dynamic and what can be done to intercept the behaviours. Inevitably, bullies and victims alike lack a clear understanding of personal boundaries and how and when to implement them. Karen’s workshops are fun and inspiring.
From Bullied to Brilliant will be available for purchase on the day.
