Managing Workplace Bullying – For Employers and Managers

Standard Course: 2 days of face to face training with practical activities to complete.
Overview:

This course is suitable for employers, managers, line managers and supervisors who wish to better deal with bullying in the workplace.  It provides a radical new way to rapidly end cycles of dominance and intimidation.  Through case studies, participants learn how others have successfully overcome bullying. This is supported by simple, practical strategies that can be applied in the face of imposing, abusive or dominant behaviours. Employers and managers will be equipped with knowledge and skills for dealing with difficult people and tools to empower staff who are experiencing bullying.

This groundbreaking training shares examples of bullying and intimidation, sheds light on how to understand the causes of bullying and importantly, how to end the cycle.  Participants will walk away with a valuable and deep insight into the bully/victim dynamic and the tools and mechanisms to improve engagement and communication in the workplace.
